It is important for you to complete two (2) copies of the registration form for each child and one copy of the refund agreement per family prior to the registration appointment.
If you are new to PYSL, you will also need to bring the original birth certificate for verification of your child’s birthday.

There will be no GU 14 division, GU 14 and GU 16 will be combined.
For girls ages 12 and 13, you will be playing in the GU 16 division.
For Girls over 16, you may play in the BU18 division. However, no special draft procedure will be used to form the teams so teams could be uneven in the number of boy and girl players.
